Our integrated customer management and service tracking system billing and collections allows El Dorado users to easily navigate between screens providing instant access to each function. System features are highlighted with big “easy” buttons for quick access. El Dorado version 9 works with all 32 and 64 bit Windows Professional versions of Windows 8, Win 7, Vista and backwards compatibility to Windows XP.
Online Bill Payment. Now you can accept electronic check, ACH and credit card payments online. Utility bills are posted online and sent to your customers email. “Pay Now” functionality allows for fast easy, secure payment processing. – Saves time saves money.
Online Customer Care Portal. A 24/7 easy to use, secure online portal that allows your customers to view current and historical utility bills, make and schedule payments, update contact information and issue service requests. – Reduces customer inquiries and improves customer satisfaction.
Upgrade Protection Program. Control budgets for software upgrades and technical support. Customers on this program receive telephone, e-mail technical support and FREE software upgrades as new releases are available.
Multi-Metered Service Billing. Now you can bill multiple meters or services on 1 multi-metered statement, ideal for use with multi-unit property owners or billers that need to bill for multiple services like water, gas and electric on a single bill.
Advanced Service Work Orders. With the enhanced service work order system you can assign service tickets to a technician, track time, open / close ticket’s, set priority, track parts used. There are new system reports that track service order status and work by each technician.
Text Messaging. Service Order requests can be sent via text message to your field based technicians and the tech can respond back directly to your email. The text message will include the subject and body of the service order message.
Track Move In / Out Dates. New function to track at the account level the date each account has moved in or moved out of the property.
Prior Late Fees Listed on billing statement. Now the 8 ½ x 11 printed statements show the prior late fee as a new line item. Customers can now clearly see how the prior late fee is calculated in their bill.
ACH Bank Transfer. Allows you to upload a file to your bank and automatically deduct utility bill payments for customer’s bank accounts. ACH operations are done in a batch mode allowing multiple payments to be processed simultaneously.
Lien Tracking. Track accounts that are behind in payments and have liens applied this limits accidental partial payment of overdue bills. – Improves collections.
Bill Prorating. Automatically calculates the correct customer charges based on the number of days the person occupied the property. Prorate all charges or just base fees – Easy to use feature.
Print Single Bill Feature. Now in one step you can calculate and print a single customers bill, reduces steps and saves time in bill calculation.
Estimated Usage Billing Bill based on variable number of readings allows you to define variable of prior readings to include in reading estimate.
Import Meter Readings from MS Excel®. Simple import method allows readings to be imported into the system from a .CVS file, fast simple method of importing readings into the system. – Improved, more functional.
USPS MASS Bulk Mail Compatible. New features added to support intelligent barcode for bulk mail rates and displaying requirement for Return Service Requested on Post Cards.
