Each module, including the free demonstration version, is upgradable to the more advanced version - all data is retained when upgrading.

Graduate: Is our small business solution designed to meet the needs for a single organization billing up to 1 metered and 6 reoccurring flat rate services with less than 200 accounts.: Excellent choice for small housing developments and small mobile home parks.
Professional: Allows you to expand your account base, no limit on the number of accounts and can support up to 20 companies in a single database- supports 1 metered and 6 reoccurring flat rate services.
Executive: Is an advanced billing solution that allows multiple users to share a common database(s) or for a single user to bill for multiple companies Supports 1 metered and 6 reoccurring flat rate services and up to 10 users simultaneously per database.
Enterprise: Is our premium version with support for multi-metered and RUBs billing. TTypically used for billing multiple metered services on a single bill or in sub-metering billing. El Dorado Enterprise is a cost effective solution for billing Water, Gas, Electric plus flat rate services on a single bill. This solution is typically employed in municipalities, condominiums, multi-family dwellings, mobile home parks, strip malls, shopping centers and office buildings.
