Tech Support options for ELDSoft 2006

 

Tech Support for ELDSoft 2006 utility billing software; although our software is very stable and problem free we do encourage you to enroll in continuing tech support for those unexpected issues that can affect ELDSoft 2006, issues like hard drive crashes, printer problems, training new users, interfacing with data collectors or even help with auditor’s questions, we are here to help! Some of the added benefits are; program updates, discounts on version upgrades and coming soon; access to our online user’s forum, allowing you interact, ask questions and support each other online.

Unlimited tech support plan:

Unlimited tech support allows the subscriber as many calls per year as necessary. This option also allows enrolled clients to use our toll free 800#, as well as all web enabled forums and user groups. The plan is ideally suited to our medium to large clients, who may have more than one software user, networked computers and even in some cases multiple installations at several locations, all of which require support.

 

Per use support:

If you choose not to enroll in either plan and are not enrolled in our subscription based software plan, should you require support we will never refuse your call and offer the same quality support on a per use basis. The current rate for technical support is $125.00 per hour with a minimum of $45.00 per incident (calls are limited to 1 hour).

 

Subscription:

In addition we encourage you to evaluate our monthly, comprehensive subscription plan, which includes the software, version upgrades and unlimited tech support all at a low monthly rate, which is guaranteed to remain fixed for up to five years. This is a great plan and we are proud to be the first company in our industry to offer this type of service!
