As I
used the program while I was doing the billing,
I found some things that were changed which
either made things a whole lot more convenient
or a whole lot easier.

There
are several other changes that really make this
software a whole lot better to work with. I am
sure I will find more updates as I continue to
use this software. Great, great, great changes
to an already great water/ sewer billing
software. :-)
I also
would like to commend the technical support
team. Whenever I call you with a question or a
problem, you always take my call right away.
Unless it is going to be a lengthy ordeal, my
questions/ problems have always been resolved
when I call. I feel fortunate to be able to
talk to a human at the time I need the help, not
24 hours later.
I would
like to thank all of you, for your efforts, in
making this software program better and better
as time goes on. :-)
